On the 6th May last, the first edition of the Fair for Young People in Rural Areas was held in San Vicente de Harana, a town in the province of Alava, with some thirty speakers from all over the Basque Country.

At the fair, MENDINET, the Local Action Group, gave a demonstration of the project that is being carried out regarding the Location of Strayed Cattle using GPS/GSM technology
